Laminate floor containing laminate planks are not suitable for steam clean because moisture can quickly go through this floor and damage it easily.

If your floor is looking dingy use a mop and some elbow grease to clean it.
For deeper cleaning you can use a steam mop very sparingly on laminate floors.
